❀ Submit a puppy application & review our Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee.

❀ If you've already applied you can email/DM/text us your name and we will look up your application. 

❀ Application Review : When your application is accepted we will send you a text regarding securing a reservation spot on a Litter Reservation List and how to place a deposit via Venmo.

❀ Place a deposit : A $500 (non-refundable) deposit will secure your spot in line on our MASTER WAITLIST. Your reservation fee (deposit) will go towards the final purchase price when you select your new puppy.

❀ Puppy selection is based on the order deposit was received. 

❀ Get on a Litter Reservation List : Once a litter is born and puppies are 2 weeks old, we will reach out to you, families at the top of the list will have 24 hours to decide and commit if they want to be on that specific LITTER RESERVATION LIST or wait for one of our next litters. We will move down the list in this order for Premium Puppy spots for those on the Litter’s Reservation List.

❀ Puppy updates : Once you have decided to move from the MASTER WAITLIST to a LITTER RESERVATION LIST, you will start getting updates on the puppies and be added to a group text. Now is the time to figure out travel plans for your puppy!

❀ Remaining balance is due at the time of puppy selection or before you pick up your puppy! Cash or a cashier’s Check is preferred but we take Venmo (added processing fee) or a direct bank transfer through Zelle as well!

❀ Before picking up your puppy sign Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee.

Our Golden Retriever puppies are sold as ‘pets only’ starting at $6,000 effective January 1st 2025. A $500 deposit will secure your spot on the Master Waitlist and will be applied toward the total purchase price.

 We offer Premium Spots on our litters after the pups are born and we make up the Litter’s Reservation List (found on this page) The 1st pick of either gender is priced at +$1,000, while the 2nd pick of either gender is priced at +$500. If there are 6+ puppies of either gender we will offer a 3rd pick option. 1st pick +$1500 2nd pick +$1000 3rd pick $500.

*Each puppy will be sold under a strict spay/neuter contract.*

Send in a puppy application, then I will give you more info on how to place a deposit and get on our Master Waitlist. After your desired litter is born,(when you place a deposit we will ask you what litter you are interested in/timing/color) in the order we received deposits, we will contact you to see if you are ready to be placed on the Litter’s Reservation List. Litter Reservation Lists open when the puppies are 2 weeks old. In the order we received deposits we will offer the Premium Spots. After you are on a Litter List you should figure out your puppy’s travel plans! When the puppies are 6 weeks old we will start the puppy selection process, then at 8 weeks old the puppies go to their new homes!

Breeding pairs and timing are subject to change until breeding has occurred.​

❀ Turn on your instagram notifications and watch the daily instagram stories and live feeds. We try to highlight the puppies often to show their growth and development.

❀ Leading up to the puppy selection, which will begin when puppies are around 6 weeks old, feel free to visit in person, set up a video call, and watch our daily Instagram stories. (@goldenmeadowranch) We will also send text updates with pictures of the puppies so you can watch them grow and develop.

❀ Puppy selection begins around 6 weeks old.

❀ The person on the top of the list will make their selection and the person next in line will proceed.

❀ This is a really tough process we understand, we do our best to help you through it. We will Facetime families on set selection days and send you pics and videos before hand of all the puppies along with answering any questions about their personalities, temperaments ect. You and your family can also come to our Ranch and pick out your puppy in person!

❀ We ask that you make your decision in a timely manner, so that others can move on with their choice.

❀ Puppies are ready to go home by 7-8 weeks old.

❀ Arrange to pick up your puppy at our home.

❀ Fly home with your puppy, we will meet you at the SLC airport or Ogden airport.

❀ Flight Nanny Service (Requires flexibility and delivery can be unpredictable as the Nannies fly standby).

❀ If your puppy is under 3.5 hours away from Eden, UTAH, ground transportation service can be arranged.

IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP YOUR PUPPY DURING THE PICK UP TIME:

❀ We do our best to work with different schedules and try to be accommodating to individual needs.

❀ If you cannot pick up your puppy after the week of puppy pick up, we offer a puppy boarding program for puppies that need to stay with us past 8 weeks.

❀ Cost to board your puppy is $50/day for up to 2 weeks.

❀ Your $500 deposit will go towards the balance of the puppy. This deposit is non-refundable, however, we understand situations change and things come up. We allow a one-time transfer from one litter to another. If you are on a litter list but don’t receive a puppy because there aren’t enough males or females, we will move you to another litter list, but this will not count towards your one allowed move.

❀ Remaining balance is due once you have selected your puppy. You can pay via cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or cashiers check.

❀ If picking up the puppy in person, final payment in cash can be made.

❀ Final payment and shipping costs are due once you have selected your puppy.

We provide a one year health guarantee against any life threatening congenital diseases or defects.

❀ Yes we have a strict non breeding policy. All pups sold through us will be sold as "pets only".

❀ Please don't ask for breeding rights, registration papers as the answer most certainly will be no.

❀ By placing a deposit new owners agree to our terms and conditions for the spay/neuter agreement.

❀ Again puppies are not sold for breeding purposes.

❀ We provide the first set of vaccines at 7 weeks.

❀ Pups will need additional boosters at 12 and 16 weeks.

❀ We deworm each puppy at 3 weeks, 5 weeks, and 7 weeks.

❀ While waiting for your puppy to arrive, find a veterinarian that fits your pups needs.

We send our puppies home with:

A toy, treats, a baggy full of food, potty bags, potty pads, a blanket that smells like their mom and litter mates. A folder containing info on recommended supplements, tips and tricks page on introducing your puppy to their new home, correct feeding amount ect. along with their personal health record and vet vet check up paper.

We love including a ‘Gotcha Day’ bandana as well that you will see your puppy in for the very first time!
